Esto ha provocado,\u00a0una escasez de mano de obra que impact\u00f3 negativamente en varias industrias de la econom\u00eda. En un contexto donde la salud mental se ha puesto sobre la mesa, en un periodo de reflexi\u00f3n donde las personas han podido parar y preguntarse qu\u00e9 direcci\u00f3n quieren tomar. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Por otro lado, aunque el fen\u00f3meno surge en los EEUU las cifras nos permiten hablar de un fen\u00f3meno global, en el que los candidatos son m\u00e1s selectivos sobre d\u00f3nde trabajar, obligando as\u00ed a las empresas a renovar su cultura, valores y ofrecer mejores condiciones. \u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">De hecho, seg\u00fan el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/worklab\/work-trend-index\/hybrid-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Work Trend Index 2021<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> de Microsoft, una encuesta que cubre a m\u00e1s de 30 000 personas en 31 pa\u00edses, m\u00e1s de dos quintas partes de las personas est\u00e1n considerando dejar su empleador el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o. Y la flexibilidad y las oportunidades de trabajo h\u00edbrido se han convertido en un factor decisivo para muchos.
