In order to obtain the recognition of your degree by the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, it is necessary to obtain the resolution from the Spanish Ministry of Education, the enrolment and to pass, at the university, the global exam on the subjects established by the ministry resolution (Prueba de aptitud).

Documents

• Pre-enrolment form  to be completed on-line (In the field "DNI" insert your ID or passport number).
  
• It´s very important to introduce the number in the following way: For example: if our DNI or passport number is AR 1111111, we must just to introduce AR1111111 (without blank spaces).
• In the field “final resolution” there are to introduce the expedient number of Spanish Ministry of Education. Example: 2008-30000/1
• ID or passport (original or countersigned copy)
• 2 photographs (passport size)
• Resolution of the Spanish Ministry of Education (original or countersigned copy).
  
• All the documents must be presented in person at the recognition office or mailed.
• Document in accordance of exams conditions for the recognition of the owned law degree to the spanish Licenciado en Derecho. Download the document.
  

Enrolment procedure

• Present t the documents at the university recognition officethe cost of the pre-enrollment is 500 €
  

• Once presented the documentation you can consult the status of your admission on-line.

• Upon admission you can proceed with the registration for the subjects established by the ministry. If you can demonstrate that you have passed one or more of those subjects in another Spanish university, you will nos have to register for that subject/s.
  
• Once enrolled, the student is allowed to take one of the established examination sessions (the session will be announced 30 days before it takes place).

Aptitude exam

• Test about the subjects established by the resolution (multiple choice exam or short answers).
• On the day of publication of the exam sessions the day, place and timehour of the exam will be annouced.
• The cost of the exam will depend on the amount of credits of each subject plus the enrolment tax.

• During the period between the enrolment and the exam, the student can attend the lessons in the law faculty.
